- We accept exchanges/returns for non engraved printed bands only if item is unworn in original packaging and returned within 7 days of delivery. Engraved bands are custom made (since you are choosing color/pattern) and cannot be exchanged. We have over 1,300 patterns and 23 colors to choose from; can you imagine the amount of combinations possible?!! :) Your choice is unique and personalized for you.
